Hey, I'm Kaori (any pronoun). Most people think of me as a multidisciplinary researcher, strategist, or designer (what is "design" anyways?). I'd say I'm a systems thinker who thrives in breaking down complexities into their most essential patterns, relationships, and values; an organizer and connector of data, ideas, and people. I uncover critical insights through inquiry, turning challenges into story-driven, equity-centered services, products, and brands. Along with my professional experience, my Buddhist practice continues to exercise my compassion and rigorous introspection. Dancing lifts my spirits. Skiing keeps me humble.
